These terms apply to your use of the Just Puzzles apps (currently Yajilin) published by Just Puzzles, and to this website, just-puzzles.com. By installing or using an app, you agree to these terms.

Using the apps

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the apps on devices you own or control, for your own enjoyment. Please don’t copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or resell the apps or their puzzle content, except where the law expressly allows it.

Puzzle content

The puzzles, artwork, and software are owned by Just Puzzles or its licensors and are protected by copyright. Yajilin is a style of logic puzzle; the specific puzzles and implementation in this app are our own.

Purchases

The apps are free to download. If an app offers an optional purchase, it is sold and processed through Google Play, and Google’s terms and refund policies apply to that transaction. Any content unlocked by a purchase is licensed to you under these terms.

No warranty

The apps are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don’t guarantee that an app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Just Puzzles will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the apps evolve. When we do, we’ll revise the date above. Continuing to use an app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
